I was looking for a bedroom set and mattress for my teen son and Hector did whatever he could to find me the best option, deal, and financing to assist me. He was very kind, laid back and not pushy at all but more so understanding and patient. When we got the bed delivered, we noticed some small issues and contacted him immediately. Hector and his son are amazing! He not only beat the main chain furniture store by more than half. He also was able to get me the same furniture that they had. Also he had the furniture delivered the next day. To top it all he noticed his team was having some delays. He came himself out to my house to help put furniture together and install in rooms. Yes an owner and operator came out and actually did physical work. I will recommend Hector to anyone looking for quality across the board. Furniture, timing, customer service, and cost savings.
